Return Policy
If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase on most purchases.
To qualify for a refund, you must fill out the return request form (hyperlink form). Returns are at the discretion of Next Door Primitives. All items must be returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase in their original saleable condition: including the original packaging, documentation, and accessories. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Next Door Primitives.
Please be mindful of the following details about returns:

An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.

Returns must be authorized by Next Door Primitives within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please contact us at support@nextdoorprimitives.com to see if you qualify for a return.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item.

If the item is missing any packaging, parts, labeling, or the item shows any signs of use, the item will be considered used and will not be refunded.
To see if you qualify for a return, please review the following:

Return items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging.

Return items must be returned in original packaging including any protective plastic, bags and boxes.

Returns must be purchased from nextdoorprimitives.com.

Must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Return Process:
Once you have filled out the return request form, a member of our team will reach out to you regarding next steps. Our team will provide you with an RMA number for your return. You will need to include the RMA number on the package before shipping. If an RMA number is not clearly indicated on the exterior of the package the item will be refused, and the customer will assume all costs associated with the refusal and return of the package to its origin point.
We retain the right to refuse any item(s) if we consider its exterior packaging to be significantly damaged. We strongly advise that you return the eligible items via a carrier that offers tracking; and, to insure the item(s) for the full purchase price, as Next Door Primitives is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during shipment of this item(s) return.
Before you ship:

Please remember that returns must be authorized by completing the Return Request Form within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Make sure your products are properly packaged to ensure they arrive undamaged.

Please remove all labels and stickers from the original shipment. Having multiple tracking numbers and stickers visible on the package can create delays with your return or result in the product being shipped back to you instead of returned.

Please write the RMA number on the outside of your return.

For your protection, we encourage you to use a delivery service that provides tracking capabilities.
Return orders can take up to 14 business days to process. Refunds are applied to the original form of payment once the return has been received. Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your banking institution.
