User Conduct:

User agrees that all the information posted or accessed by User will be used only for informational or educational purposes. There will be no commercial or other unauthorized use of interactive features. User will not engage in any conduct or action that is prohibited by law or violates federal, state or local laws. Users of the site also agree not to distribute, post, publish or otherwise communicate any content which defames, abuses or threatens others, which is hateful or racially offensive, or which contains vulgar, obscene or indecent language or images, or which contains unauthorized copyrighted material or infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party. 

Commercial Terms for Purchasing:

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you complete the check-out payment process. 

We are constantly updating our product offerings. As such, some products listed on our website may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. We may experience delays in updating information regarding our products and advertising on other websites. 

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and products. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. 

Order Cancellation:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

• Product availability

• Errors in the description or prices for products

• Errors in your order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. 

Pricing Policy:

Next Door Primitives reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an order. 

Payments:

All products purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, which include Visa, MasterCard or online payment methods (e.g. PayPal).

Payment cards, both credit and debit, are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorizations, Next Door Primitives will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. 

Promotions, Forums and Comments:

Next Door Primitives reserves the right to manage online promotions, User Forums and User Comments. All comments and feedback are published, edited or deleted in a manner that complies with proper User conduct. 

Any promotions made available may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If User participate in any promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy policy. If the rules for a promotion conflict with these Term, the Promotion rules will apply.  

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

User agrees to indemnify and hold Next Door Primitives harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with their use of the website. 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Next Door Primitives assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.  

Changes to these Terms and Conditions:

Next Door Primitives reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we change or update the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the terms. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.  

By continuing to access our site and products after those revisions become effective, User agrees to be bound by the revised terms. If the User does not agree to the new terms or any future version of the Terms, in whole or in part, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website.
